Ms. Dhindsa was extremely knowledgeable during the updating of my separation agreement. It had been a number of years since my divorce and my ex-wife raised the issue of receiving child support from myself. Over the course of discussion around said child support Ms. Dhindsa also discovered a number of weak points in the original agreement and was able to recommend how to tighten up those areas. Additionally, she discovered that I had not been representing myself correctly to the Canada Revenue Agency in regard to the custody of my children. With her assistance, knowledge and guidance this was able to be resolved at the same time as we amended and updated my separation agreement. During our time working together her professionalism was second to none and her communication was always timely.
